About the Role
We’re looking for a passionate Clinical Manager to lead and support a team of Lead Therapists while contributing directly to client care. This role is ideal for a licensed or registered SLP, SLP Assistant, OT, or COTA with leadership experience and a commitment to fostering therapist growth and retention.
What You’ll Do:
- Leadership & Development: Train, mentor, and guide Lead Therapists to effectively support their teams.
- Employee Retention: Ensure therapist satisfaction and proactively address challenges to improve retention.
- Clinical Excellence: Oversee compliance, address performance concerns, and foster a high standard of care accross teams.
- Caseload Management: Supervise therapist caseloads, ensuring balance and alignment with company goals.
- Data Driven Oversight: Monitor stats (hours, cancellations, schedules, etc.) and guide Lead Therapists to act on insights.
- Team Support: Address therapist concerns and empathetically and provide escalation support when needed.
- Mentorship Programs: Oversee and enhance mentorship initiatives for specialized programs like feeding and AAC.
What You Bring:
✔️ Licensed or registered as an SLP, SLP Assistant, OT, or COTA in North Carolina (or in process)
✔️ 2-5 years of experience in your field, with 1-3 years in a leadership role
✔️ Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills
✔️ Exceptional organizational and time-management abilities
✔️ A collaborative, positive attitude and dedication to Speech Inspirations' mission
Role Details & Compensation:
Location: North Carolina (Hybrid Role: Community-Based, Office-Based, and Teletherapy Settings)
Position Type: Full-Time - 50% Clinical / 50% Non-Clinical
Pay: Competitive Pay Based on Experience
