We are seeking a part-time Occupational Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility in Boise, Idaho. This role emphasizes patient-centered care, allowing therapists to spend quality time with each patient without the pressure of high production rates.

Key responsibilities include:

Assessing patients' physical, communication, and cognitive skills to create treatment plans.

Providing support and advice to family members and caregivers.

Teaching proper use of adaptive equipment.

Facilitating participation in daily activities tailored to individual needs.

Assisting with exercises for pain relief and reviewing patient progress.

Performing administrative tasks, including record-keeping and report writing.
