Partner Program Manager (Korea) - Beyondsoft Consulting

In this position you will oversee various partner segments, driving and optimizing partner performance and satisfaction, developing and executing partner enablement programs, fostering partner collaboration and co-innovation, and translating partner insights into partner strategies that accelerate business growth and customer/partner value.

Responsibilities

• Partner Enablement:Providing partner training, certification drive, and partner target assignment for targeted partner development. Handling venue booking/logistics, invitation creation (EDM), and registration logistics for partner enablement sessions.• Partner Marketing:Supporting through partner marketing activities, such as PO/POE, lead gen data collection, and campaign ID for referral.• Partner Program:Providing partner program enablement, such as new partner onboarding enablement, partner business enablement, and ISV success program. Providing onboarding support, communication support, partner Q&A, and escalation support for partner program related inquiries.• Partner Ecosystem:Driving demand for Inspire, curating and deploying monthly partner newsletters, planning and executing bi-annual managed partner kickoff events, and managing partner best practice publishing.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, marketing, or related field• At least 3 years of experience in partner enablement, partner marketing, or partner program management• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and CRM tools• Ability to embrace constant change with flexibility and good grace• Fluent in English and Korean
