We are currently seeking skilled and compassionate Certified Occupational Therapy Assistants (COTAs) to join our team as independent contractors.

Qualifications:
- Valid OTA License and Registration in New York.
- Experience in adult rehabilitation.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Familiarity with EMR software (preferred).
- Homecare experience (preferred).
Responsibilities:
- Communicate effectively with office staff regarding patient updates.
- Schedule and manage patient visits independently.
- Conduct follow-up visits per the plan of care and the patient's progress.
- Document all visits using web-based EMR, ensuring compliance with Medicare guidelines.
- Maintain active credentials and adhere to HIPAA and company compliance standards.
