Occupational Therapist Assistant (COTA) - PRN
As an Occupational Therapist Assistant, at Northwest Medical Oro Valley, you'll play a vital role in doing what you do best- providing quality care to our patients. Requirements:
+ Required: Associate's Degree from an accredited program for occupational therapy assistants.
+ Preferred: One (1) year of related experience.
+ Required: Current Az certification as an Occupational Therapy Assistant; American Heart Association (AHA) or American Red Cross(ARC) BLS certification.
+ For Skilled Nursing Unit: Fingerprint Clearance Card.
About the Job:
This is a PRN OTA position working weekend and weekday shifts, 7am-3:30pm at Northwest Transitions on 2025 W. Orange Grove Road.
+ Administers specified evaluations, conducts group programs, and assists in implementing specific treatment programs under the guidance of a Licensed Occupational Therapist
+ Appropriate prioritization and planning skills, while achieving safety and quality in a high volume environment
+ Engaging and effective communication and service skills
+ Adherence to policy and procedures; Process improvement oriented; Self-initiative to assist with whatever is needed.
