Occupational Therapist Assistant 1 Inpatient | Full Time | Day. - Concord Hospital.

We are seeking an Occupational Therapist Assistant (OTA) for inpatient rehabilitation, responsible for implementing treatment programs for patients of all ages under the supervision of a licensed Occupational Therapist.

Education: Requires an Associate's Degree from an accredited OTA program.

Certification: Must have current Basic Life Support certification and a valid OTA license in NH.

Experience: Experience with multidisciplinary teams and knowledge of diverse populations is essential.

Responsibilities:

• Document and implement treatment plans to meet patient goals.
• Assess patient responses to treatment.
• Manage caseload effectively and participate in departmental initiatives.
• Advocate for interdisciplinary collaboration.

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift and carry weights up to 50 pounds, with exposure to various physical demands and environmental hazards.
