We are looking for a dedicated Occupational Therapist 1:1 in Manhasset, NY with excellent communication skills, critical thinking skills, and team player attitude.  This provider will be responsible for caring for patients, communicating with other medical team members and maintaining accurate medical records.

Job Requirements:

• 2 Years experience 
• Any state License
• NY State License
• NY State Education Department Fingerprint Clearance Notification
• National Provider Identification (NPI) Number
• American Heart Association BLS
