About the Job
Required Skills
"• Experience in Implementation and support Oracle Commerce Cloud (OCC) platforms, focusing on both B2B and B2C business models.
• 3+ years of relevant implementation and/or production support experience with Oracle Commerce Cloud's OSF framework including develop front-end components using ReactJS, NodeJS, and CSS.
• Two (2) full cycles of e-commerce project implementations experience on the Oracle Commerce Cloud platform.
• Experience in customization and enhancement of OCC's Server-Side Extensions (SSE) as per business requirements.
• Experience in integrate various e-commerce concepts such as personalization, shopping carts, order management systems, subscription management, payment gateways, and content management into the OCC platform.
• Customize shipping and payment groups according to project needs.
• Had use of software engineering tools proficiently, including IDEs, debuggers, and version control systems like GIT, to maintain high standards in code quality."
Preferred Skills
"• Experience in integrating OCC with Oracle Retail Order Management System (OROMS), Oracle Supply Chain Management (SCM), and other Oracle Retail Applications is highly advantageous.
• A basic understanding of Java Spring Boot is desirable.
• Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) experience is desirable.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are critical.
• Ability to define requirements for new features and customizations accurately.
• Strong communication skills are essential to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders."
Responsibilities
"• Provide production support including triaging system issue, bug fixes with the B2B and B2C portal
• Provide development and estimation support for incoming enhancement work.
• Provide integration support to both inbound and outbound Oracle system including Oracle Cloud ERP, Oracle Cloud Retail Applications (such as MFCS, SACS)
• Support in OCC environment patching including Oracle patch assessment.
• Provide Knowledge Transfer (KT) to Client IT support Team."
