Our affiliate, Unified Women’s Healthcare of North Carolina, is looking for an OB Hospitalist/Nocturnist Physician to join their prestigious women's health care center in Durham, NC. Join a compassionate group who provide a team approach to patient care. Every member of our staff is focused on making the patient experience in our office individualized and meaningful.

About the Practice:

The practice consists of 8 total physicians, 5 OB/GYN’s and 3 gynecologists. There are also 4 certified nurse midwives, 1 nurse practitioner, 1 physician assistant, and a physical therapist along with a great support staff. The practice has been serving women in Durham and the greater Raleigh metro area for over 80 years. For the convenience of patients, the practice has 2 offices that are in Durham and Raleigh. All deliveries and GYN surgeries are done at Durham Regional Medical Center. Durham Regional Medical Center is a top-notch facility that has a level 2 NICU unit, hospitalist support, women’s health subspecialist physicians, the da Vinci robotic system for specialized GYN procedures, and the Duke University OB/GYN residency program. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to join an excellent group of physicians in a growing area and a great hospital system. Looking for a physician who wants to work hospital shifts per week and focus their career on Labor & Delivery.

Practice Highlights:

• The practice has a team of 8 physicians, 4 certified nurse midwives, 1 nurse practitioner, 1 physician assistant, and a physical therapist
• The delivering hospital is Durham Regional Medical Center. The hospital had a level 2 NICU unit
• 2 clinic offices located in Durham and Raleigh
• 3 hospital shifts per week and 1 weekend per month
• Midwives will always take first call and carry pager
• Malpractice covered by the practice
• Will perform about 10-15 deliveries per month
• $30K sign on bonus and $30K retention bonus
