About the Job
A global IT Solutions Services company is looking for an IT Project Leader/Manager -- this position is 'hybrid' job opportunity (2 days 'in the office'/3 days 'remote'). The ideal candidate has at least 5 years of Project Management experience within the software/network industry.
IT Project Leader/Manager Responsibilities:
· Create and present plans by managing infrastructure and application security projects
· Supervise team members and ensure that deadlines are followed and address issues/questions as necessary
· Identify the resources needed for the project and source these materials to ensure that projects are completed within budget
· Oversee ERP implementation, application development, networking, IT consultation, infrastructure & systems sales, IT outsourcing services, etc.
IT Project Leader/Manager Requirements:
- Knowledge in network security, cloud security, IT software services
- At least 5 years of technical management experience
- AWS/CISCO/Microsoft certifications preferred
- Experience in implementing security features
- Skilled in system integration and SAP migrations
- Great communication skills to collaborate well with the team
- Able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Able to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Analytical, strategic and goal-oriented
- Must be flexible and be able to work under a multi-cultural environment
