Nursing Supervisors Needed

Salary: $85K - $95K per year (Depending on Experience)

A CCRC facility located in Belleville, IL is looking for Nursing Supervisors:

• Evenging Nursing Supervisor
• Night Nursing Supervisor
• Weekend Nursing Supervisor

Responsibilities of the Nursing Supervisors:

• Orient clinical staff to their job responsibilities and provide leadership in clinical problem solving.
• Nurse will evaluate and schedule in-services/training as needed.

Qualifications of the Nursing Supervisors:

§  Graduate of an approved Registered Nurse (RN) program and licensed in the state of Illinois, required.

§  Minimum of two years of nursing experience in a long-term care setting.

§  Current BLS/CPR certification (All SNFs; ALFs as required by state).

§  Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

§  Excellent knowledge of federal and state survey processes.
