San Mateo Medical Center is currently seeking professional, goal-oriented Nursing Supervisors who will plan, organize, direct and supervise the operations of our acute care facility during the evening and night shifts. As Nursing Supervisor, you will have the opportunity to manage patient care while ensuring appropriate quality of care and compliance with regulations. In addition, your responsibilities will include participating in training, coaching and counseling activities and other projects as assigned.

Currently there is one full time regular Nursing Supervisor vacancy. The position will cover 100-bed in-patient units and Emergency Department.
The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of two years charge nurse role experience and/or minimum of one year nursing management/supervisory role in an acute care accredited hospital. A background in ICU/ED is preferred.
