Job Description:

• Staff Scheduling: Create and manage daily, weekly, and monthly staffing schedules for nurses and other healthcare personnel, ensuring adequate coverage for all shifts.
• Communication: Collaborate with nursing department heads, administrators, and HR to ensure seamless communication regarding staffing needs, changes, and updates.
• Staffing Compliance: Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations related to staffing levels and qualifications.
• Recruitment and Onboarding: Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new nursing staff, including conducting interviews and orientation.
• Monitoring Work Hours: Track and manage staff work hours, overtime, and time-off requests.

Requirements:

• 2 years prior experience in a Nursing Home Setting
• Proven experience in staffing coordination or a related field
• Knowledge of state and federal regulations related to nursing home staffing.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities.
• Proficiency in computer software, including scheduling software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work collaboratively and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
