General Summary:
The Nursing Assistant/Unit Secretary (NA/US) provides clinical nursing assistant services under the supervision of licensed professionals. Responsibilities include patient care for various age groups, such as bathing, grooming, feeding, and monitoring well-being. The role also involves clerical duties to support patient care efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Follow care plans and document patient care.

Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.

Communicate patient information to nursing staff.

Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic exams.

Perform safety duties as assigned.

Required Education and Experience:

High School Diploma or GED.

Completion of a Nursing Aide program or equivalent.

Basic Life Support certification.

No prior experience required; six months preferred.
