SALARY RANGE: $16.49 - $23.37 Hourly

General Summary:
The Nursing Assistant/Unit Secretary (NA/US) provides clinical nursing assistant services under the supervision of licensed professionals. Responsibilities include patient care for various age groups, such as bathing, grooming, and monitoring well-being, as well as clerical duties to maintain patient care efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Follow nursing care plans and document patient care.

Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment.

Communicate patient information to nurses promptly.

Assist with diagnostic and therapeutic exams.

Perform safety duties as assigned.

Support nursing team and other departments as needed.

Required Education and Experience:
High School Diploma or GED, Nursing Aide Certificate, or completion of clinical rotations. Basic Life Support certification required; no prior experience necessary.

Preferred Qualifications:
Medical Terminology Certificate, Certified Nursing Assistant credential, and six months of patient care experience in a clinical setting.
