Nursing Assistant (Per Diem) - UF Health Leesburg Hospital - Float Pool - Night Shift - UF Health

Under the direction of the Director/Manager and RNs, the Nursing Assistant Float Pool facilitates patient care by providing the basic physical care and nursing procedures, providing patients with comfort measures and maintaining a clean safe organized environment. We are searching for nursing assistants who have at least 2 years of inpatient hospital experience. This is a PRN Night Shift position. 

As a Nursing Assistant, you’ll play a pivotal role in patient care. Your compassion, empathy, and ability to anticipate needs will be critical. Here’s what you can expect:

Education:
- High School Diploma or GED
- Post High School Special Training preferred

Licensure/Certification/Registration:
- Either minimum 2 years experience OR valid FL CNA license highly preferred
- BLS

- 2 years of inpatient hospital experience highly preferred

Special Skills/Qualifications/Additional Training/Experience Required:
- Must be able to read, write, speak and understand English
