Nursing Assistant - Nursing Float Pool - Evening/Night. - WellSpan Health Services.

We are seeking a Full-Time Float Pool Nursing Resource Team member for evening/night shifts (7:00 p.m. - 7:30 a.m.), with every 3rd weekend and every other holiday required. Responsibilities include:

• Providing clinical support and personal care to patients, including vital sign monitoring and assistance with daily living activities.
• Performing EKGs, Point-of-Care testing, and maintaining equipment and supplies.
• Training new employees and ensuring patient safety through purposeful rounds.
• Documenting patient information electronically and preparing patients for tests and procedures.
