About the Job
Lyonsview Health and Rehabilitation Center has an exciting opportunity for a driven leader to join our growing team as a Nurse Unit Manager in Knoxville, TN. This position will work alongside a phenomenal Director of Nursing (DON) in leading the clinical team to success and providing outstanding care to our residents.
As the Unit Manager, you have the ability to positively impact the lives and overall health of the residents by overseeing the day to day patient care, supervising, directing and developing the nursing staff and working with the Director of Nursing to ensure quality patient care within the facility.
This position is full-time working day hours Monday - Friday with weekends based on facility needs.
Job Requirements:
- TN Active Nurse License (LPN or RN)
- 1 or more years of nursing experience in a long term care facility
- Previous nurse supervisor or management experience is prefered
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to lead a growing team
