Nurse Unit Manager/Infection Control - Belle Terrace

Belle Terrace is seeking a Unit Clerk/Infection Control Nurse! 

Belle Terrace Rehabilitation and Nursing Center is a 59-bed skilled rehabilitation facility offering short and long-term care in Quakertown, PA. We are dedicated to providing personalized rehabilitation and nursing services to our residents and off-site patients.

As a Unit Manager, your position is to assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, and directing the day-to-day functions of the Nursing Service Department. The Unit Manager is a vitality specialist that helps change the lives of patients and residents each day. Responsible for providing a full range of nursing care in an interdisciplinary environment including:

Providing clinical oversight of the nursing unit

Rendering a combination of administrative and bedside care

Facilitating the implementation of the care delivery model and processes

Coordinating with other departments

Supporting clinical Leadership and Education

Fostering quality Improvement

We are located at 1320 Mill Rd, Quakertown, PA 18951.

REQUIREMENTS:

• A RN graduate of an accredited school of nursing, college or university
• Current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing
• Minimum of three years full-time or equivalent clinical experience preferred
• Minimum of two years of clinical experience in long-term care preferred
