Northwest Kidney Centers seeks a Nurse Supervisor to join Scribner Kidney Center and Lake City Kidney Center in a full-time, variable shift position. The role will float between these two clinics
Purpose
The Nursing Supervisor is responsible to the supporting Nurse Manager and Clinical Director for thedaily operations of the dialysis unit. The responsibilities includepatient and staff scheduling, supervision of staff in the Unit and ofmonitoring daily productivity, and providing cost effective, standardizedhigh quality dialysis care to the patients. The Nursing Supervisor assurescompliance with all regulatory standards.

Shift:variable (unit hours: 0500-2330) Mon-Sat 5 x8s
The ideal candidate will:
- Demonstrate ability to adapt and respond to a dynamic environment
- Have 1-3 years prior leadership experience
- Be committed to high level of patient care
- Have at least one year of Dialysis Nurse experience
Required qualifications
- Equivalent of Associate or Baccalaureate degree with a Nursing major
- Current Registered Nursing license in the state of Washington
- Three (3) years of institutional clinical nursing experience
Preferred qualifications
- Prior dialysis experience

- Paid Time Off includes personal time off and 8 Holidays. PTO will accrue bi-weekly and will be pro-rated based on the FTE. The accrual rate will be 7.39 hours each bi-weekly pay period for staff.

This position is eligible for an evening shift premium of $2.50/hour.
This position is eligible for a weekend premium of $4.00/hour.
