Gulfstream Staffing is partnered with a well-established mental health organization that has locations in five states. We are currently seeking candidates for a full-time Nurse Supervisor opportunity near Portland, OR at their adolescent residential location. The Nurse Manager is responsible for the provision of medical services that promote resident physical health and well-being.

Nurse Supervisor Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the nursing department's effective delivery of medical services to the residents.
- Coordinate medical aspects of admissions and ensure completion of annual physical exams.
- Monitor acute and chronic medical conditions of residents; provide treatment or consultation, as needed.
- Collaborate with members of the treatment team to develop Individual Treatment Plans.
- Clean/Active RN License
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a related setting
- 2 years of supervisory experience (preferred)
- First Aid/CPR/CPI/Infection Control certification
- Valid driver's license
