Ridgeview & Ridgewood Health Services, located in Jasper, AL, is currently seeking a qualified full-time Registered Nurse Supervisor to join our esteemed team.

THE BASICS

Pay: This full-time RN supervisor position offers competitive compensation wages.

Schedule: The Registered Nurse Supervisor role entails a full-time commitment, with shifts scheduled Monday through Friday. Shift options include 3:00 PM to 11:00 PM and 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Additionally, Baylor positions are available on Saturdays and Sundays from 3:00 PM to 7:00 AM.

YOUR DAY AS A REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR

As a Registered Nurse Supervisor, your primary responsibility is to oversee the comprehensive care of residents during your designated shift. This entails managing nursing staff, overseeing resident care protocols, and ensuring compliance with all facility policies and procedures. From conducting admissions, discharges, and transfers to coordinating with interdisciplinary teams, your role is pivotal in upholding the highest standards of care and service delivery within our facility!

REQUIREMENTS FOR A REGISTERED NURSE SUPERVISOR

• A current Alabama RN license
• 2+ years of professional nursing experience in a long-term care setting
• Leadership qualities to effectively manage nursing staff and oversee resident care
• Strong organizational skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Commitment to upholding the highest standards of care and compliance with regulations
