Job Summary:
The Nurse (RN or LPN) provides direct nursing and personal care to residents, supervises nursing assistants, and supports daily living activities to ensure residents' health and safety.

Essential Duties:

Monitor residents conditions and assess their needs.

Prepare and administer medications as prescribed.

Perform routine charting duties per established policies.

Manage the admission, transfer, and discharge of residents.

Qualifications:
Must have a nursing degree or approved LPN program with pharmacology, and a current Illinois RN or LPN license.
