Nurse Practitioner Wound Care - Korzen Health

Korzen Health is working with Healogics in regards to adding a Full Time Wound Care Nurse Practitioner to the program in the St. Louis, MO area.

Scope of Practice Includes:

Two days a week at our center located in MISSOURI BAPTIST MC; 3015 North Ballas Road, St. Louis MO (Thursday and Friday). This is a busy center, 17 visits a day and HBO.

Two Days a week at our other center located at the Christian Hosp Northeast-Northwest; 11125 Dunn Rd., St Louis MO (Monday and Wednesdays).

Opportunity to work 1 day/week, if we need, SNF coverage with our Post Acute Care Team.

Our Wound Care Center includes:

- Full Team- Case Manager, Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy Nurses, Office Manager, Front end and back end support. Great Work Flow!

- Provider will do Wound Care and Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

- Provider will average around 10-15 encounters per day, with a majority of wound care and less than 5% Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy.

-We offer advanced wound-care treatments to promote healing, including:

• Cellulitis therapy
• Compression therapy
• Hyperbaric oxygen therapy
• Infection management and prevention
• Wound cleaning
• Wound dressing

- EMR is EPIC/IHEAL

- Monday-Friday 8am-4pm- 40 hours a week

- No Nights, No Call, No weekends.

- Compensation Model is base salary. Plus bonus

- You will work with Adult and Geriatric patients.

Wound Care Nurse Practitioner Experience Requirements:

• Clear and Active MO State license
• Must be a Certified Nurse Practitioner
• DEA License
• 1 year of NP experience is a must
• Must have procedure experience - simple sutures, I&D's...

Benefits Include:

• Compensation is a mixture of Solid Base Salary & Quarterly Bonus. Base+Bonus=Range of $115K-$175K/year
