Job Details
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic medical team. This is a permanent position that offers a competitive salary and benefits package. - Administer IV therapy and injections to patients as prescribed by physicians
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
- Provide patient education and support to ensure compliance with treatment plans
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans
- Maintain accurate and complete patient records and documentation
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
Qualifications:
- Certification as a Nurse Practitioner
- Active state license as a Nurse Practitioner
- Minimum of 2 years of experience handling direct patient care
