Nurse Practitioner - Weight Loss Medication Prescriber - Elaya Health

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a remote Weight Loss Medication Prescriber. This position offers flexible hours, allowing you to balance work with your lifestyle.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct virtual patient assessments to determine eligibility for weight loss medications.
- Prescribe and manage weight loss medications based on individual patient needs.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in our secure electronic health record system.
- Provide patient education and support to enhance treatment outcomes.

Requirements:
- Active and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in multiple states.
- Board certification as a Nurse Practitioner.
- Proven experience in weight management and prescribing medications.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and efficiently in a remote setting.
- Access to a secure and reliable internet connection.

Salary Range: Up to $180 an hour.
