If you are a skilled Psychiatric or Family Nurse Practitioner looking for a new opportunity, this position brings together patient care, while also continuing to develop our SUD program to continue to offer high quality care to our patients by overseeing the day-to-day operations of the SUD Program at Chapa-De.
Salary: $143,400 - $180,650 full time annual salary.
Higher compensation may be available for a candidate with advanced skills directly related to the applied for role.

Duties:
- Provide same day access for MAT for patients interested in treatment for SUD services, including conducting in office/remote inductions for MAT patients.
- Determine initial levels of care and, if outpatient level of care, coordinate with SUD team to get patient admitted into SUD program.
- In conjunction with Behavioral Health Director and Medical Director, establish goals for the SUD program, including program growth and planning to improve access and for SUD services to special populations in accordance with evolving patient needs; improve the quality of the MAT program.
- Manage grants, including applications, budget, preparation of regular data and narrative reports. Ensures grant deadlines are met and attends grant-related meetings and trainings.
Experience:
- Valid Nurse Practitioner license, preferably with ability to work without supervision within 3 years of employment start date. *Must apply for CA license if from out of state
- Board Certified
- Current BLS.
- Current DEA number.
- 3 years clinical experience, with at least 1 being in behavioral health and/or substance use disorders.
