Our client is on the lookout for Nurse Practitioners with internal/family medicine experience that are willing to complete in home Medicare Annual Wellness Visits throughout the St. Louis area.

Qualifications:

• Active Missouri Nurse Practitioner license
• 1+ year's experience as a Nurse Practitioner
• Experience providing any in-home service, or, a strong comfortability providing healthcare services in a home setting
• At least 6 month's experience providing Medicare Annual Wellness visits and working in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
• Able and willing to work at least 16 hours per week over at least two 8-hour shifts between 8am - 5pm Monday - Saturday. Strong preference for candidates that can work 2 or more weekdays.

Your Day-to-Day:

• Complete 6 home visits per day throughout the St. Louis metro area.
