Job Summary: Full-time Nurse Practitioner position requiring independent patient examination and treatment, collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure quality care and improved patient outcomes in both hospital and physician practice settings.

Essential Functions:

• Conducts thorough patient history and physical exams, implementing best practice therapeutic regimens.
• Documents care accurately, including pharmacological dispensing.
• Manages patient discharge planning, education, and writes orders/prescriptions.
• Evaluates patient progress and effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintains confidential medical records per legal standards.
• Performs additional duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree and Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Delaware State Certification/License and Basic Life Support certification.
• Minimum of two years' experience as a Nurse Practitioner.

Preferred: Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner and three years of experience in a specific practice area.
