Job Summary: Full-time Nurse Practitioner position at Kent Campus Hospital, working day/evening shifts. The role involves examining and treating patients independently and in collaboration with healthcare professionals, focusing on illness care, disease prevention, and improving patient outcomes.

Essential Functions:

• Perform comprehensive patient histories and physical exams.
• Document care accurately, including pharmacological dispensing.
• Conduct patient discharge planning and education.
• Evaluate patient progress and effectiveness of interventions.
• Maintain confidential medical records per legal standards.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Master's Degree and Nurse Practitioner certification.
• Delaware State Certification/License and Advanced Practice RN registration.
• Two years of Nurse Practitioner experience.

Preferred:

• Advanced Oncology Certified Nurse Practitioner.
• Three years of experience in a specific practice area.
