Job Summary:
Per Diem Nurse Practitioner at Kent Campus Hospital responsible for conducting physical exams, diagnosing, and treating chronic and episodic disorders. Collaborates with physicians to ensure quality care and improve patient outcomes across hospital and practice settings. The NP manages patient care throughout treatment, including discharge planning and education.

Essential Functions:

Perform thorough patient histories and physicals.

Document care accurately, including prescriptions.

Educate patients on wellness and recovery.

Evaluate patient progress and intervention effectiveness.

Maintain confidential medical records.

Qualifications:

Master's Degree and Nurse Practitioner Certification.

Delaware State Certification/License and Basic Life Support.

Two years of NP experience required; three years preferred.
