The team does have a need for need for Ear, Head & Neck, &/or Sleep Subspecialty. + Full spectrum ENT with large catchment area + 4 days per week + 36 contact hours; 4 -day work week typically + Schedule is somewhat negotiable + 20-24 patients per day average + Epic EMR/DAX + Subspecialties in department include Head and Neck, Facial Plastics, and Laryngology + New and fully equipped clinical space with established referral base; ASC and 2 procedure rooms on-site + Collegial local community ENT groups and excellent state academy with yearly academic meetings (NWAO) **Primary Responsibilities:** + Treating and managing patients according to standard, usual, and customary methods, and techniques. + Provides understanding of diagnosis, treatment, therapy, and management of patients according to current standards of care utilizing best practice recommendations. + Counsels and educates patients and families. + Maintains accurate, complete, concise, and timely documentation in the electronic medical record. + Communicates effectively and respectfully with other health professionals and staff. + Coordinates care with multidisciplinary team members. + Follows ethical principles regarding patient confidentiality, informed consent, and unanticipated adverse outcomes. + Demonstrates the highest level of accountability for professional practice. + Maintains effectiveness throughout changing circumstances. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. UnitedHealth Group complies with all minimum wage laws as applicable.
