Salary / Hourly Rate: $110,000 - $120,000/year

Job Summary:
The Nurse Practitioner / Physician Assistant in OB/GYN provides advanced clinical care in obstetrics and gynecology. This role involves autonomy in patient diagnosis, treatment, and ongoing management, ensuring the reproductive health of women across their lifespan. A commitment to patient-centered care and effective communication is essential.
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
- Conduct routine women's health check-ups, including PAP smears, breast exams, and STD screenings.
- Diagnose and manage gynecological conditions such as infertility, menopause, and gynecological cancers.
- Perform minor procedures under the supervision of an obstetrician/gynecologist.
- Provide prenatal and postnatal care, managing high-risk pregnancies with physician support.
- Support effective pain management during childbirth and assist in low-risk deliveries.
- Educate patients on preventive care, contraceptive options, and pre/post-surgical processes.
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team for comprehensive patient care.
- Maintain accurate medical records with detailed patient assessments and outcomes.
- Engage in professional development to stay current with advancements in OB/GYN care.
- Adhere to all medical practice regulations and ethical standards to ensure patient safety.
Prerequisites / License & Certification Requirements:
- Completion of an NP/PA program in the USA (excluding Puerto Rico).
- 1-2 years of experience in women's health/OB-GYN settings.
- Active or eligible for an AZ State License.
