Salary: $120,000 - $140,000 per year
A bit about us:
We are a walk-in clinic serving the North Texas area. No appointment is needed to be seen by a healthcare professional and the average wait + visit time is 30 minutes or less! We are open late and on weekends (until 8pm) with convenient hours to serve you.
Our Clinics are in-network with most major insurances - including Medicare and Tricare! We are not an ER and so you may pay up to 90% less than a regular ER for some services!
Our motto is that we see it all! Our experienced and friendly staff takes pride in serving the communities. It is our priority that we do not sacrifice great patient care and customer service for a speedy visit; we strive 110% for all three!

Our healthcare organization is seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated, and experienced Nurse Practitioner. This role offers a unique opportunity to provide high-quality care in a fast-paced environment, utilizing your skills in Family Medicine and Urgent Care. The selected candidate will provide care to patients of all ages, manage chronic diseases, and handle high patient volumes. This position requires the ability to work 12-hour shifts, demonstrating flexibility and resilience.
Responsibilities:
As a Nurse Practitioner, your primary responsibilities will include:
1. Providing exceptional patient care in a high-volume setting, demonstrating empathy, understanding, and professionalism at all times.
2. Diagnosing and treating a wide range of health conditions, and referring patients to specialists when necessary.
3. Performing minor surgical procedures, such as laceration repair and suturing, with precision and care.
4. Managing chronic diseases, developing and implementing treatment plans, and providing patient education to promote health and prevent disease.
5. Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive patient care.
6. Documenting all patient interactions accurately and in a timely manner in the electronic medical record.
7. Adhering to all organizational policies, procedures, and standards of care.
8. Staying up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in the field of nursing and healthcare.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, you must possess the following qualifications:
1. A Master's degree in Nursing or related field.
2. Current licensure as a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant in the state of practice.
3. Minimum of 3 years of experience as an advanced practice provider, preferably in Urgent Care or Family Medicine.
4. Proficient in minor surgical procedures such as laceration repair and suturing.
5. Experience in managing chronic diseases and providing care to patients of all ages.
6. Ability to handle high patient volumes and work 12-hour shifts.
7. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
8. Strong decision-making skills and the ability to work under pressure.
