Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant - Trauma Burn ICU / Neuro Trauma. - UAB Medicine - UA Health Services Foundation (UAHSF).

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for the Trauma Burn ICU/Neuro Trauma Team. Candidates may include Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioners or Physician Assistants.

• Schedule: Full-time, 14-16, 12-hour shifts per month (PM shift: 5pm-5am).
• Compensation: $10,000 sign-on bonus, $20,000 annual PM stipend, and $2,000 annual CME allowance.
• Responsibilities: Provide comprehensive care for critically injured patients, including assessments, documentation, ventilator management, and care planning.
• Requirements: Master's degree in Nursing or accredited PA program, current APN or PA certification, and BLS certification.
• Skills: Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Additional duties may be assigned as needed. This position is full-time and offers a supportive work environment.
