Growing together.** We are seeking a **Primary Care Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant** to join our team! The Everett Clinic and The Polyclinic joined Optum in 2019. (https://www.unitedhealthgroup.com/what-we-do/building-healthier-communities/social-determinants-of-health.html) **Position Details:** + Outpatient Primary Care including office consults, annual visits, follow-up appointments and in office procedures + 18 - 22 patients a day on average + Medical Assistants, RNs, and clinical support on-site + Full time is a 4-day work week; 36 patient contact hours + Many of our clinics has onsite lab and x-ray, specialty services, pharmacy services, behavioral health services and walk-in clinics **Required Qualifications:** + National Nurse Practitioner certification through AANC or AANP; or Physician Assistant/ARNP Certification; or ability to obtain prior to employment + Unrestricted licensure in Washington or ability to obtain prior to employment + Current DEA or ability to obtain prior to employment + Current BLS, ACLS certification + EMR Proficient - EPIC preferred + Experienced preferred **Washington Residents Only** : The salary range for **Washington** residents is $109,513 to $147,146 per year.
