Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Primary Care Opportunity - Trinity Health

Trinity Health IHA Medical Group has an excellent full-time employment opportunity for an experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join a busy Primary Care practice located in Pinckney, Michigan.

Our Pinckney Primary Care providers offer quality health care for the entire family - from newborn infants to senior adults and are committed to working closely with each patient to achieve the best health possible through health promotion and disease prevention. The practice has also been designated a Patient-Centered Medical Home (PCMH). PCMH patients and their family (when appropriate) establish a partnership with their practitioners to ensure they have the support needed to make decisions and participate in their own health care.

The schedule for this full-time opportunity is a traditional workweek, Monday - Friday, and may include early morning, late evening, and rotating weekend shifts to increase patient access.

Minimum required qualifications for this opportunity include:

• Successful completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant program
• Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant Certification
• Master's Degree
• State of Michigan License and DEA
• ACLS and BLS Certification
• At least one year of practice experience required.
