Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant needed for a multi-skilled practice focusing on chiropractic, physical therapy, pain management and
wellness clinic. We Are currently interviewing.
Location: Houston, TX 77065 South Houston area
Job Responsibilities:
Perform accident and injury new patient exams
Prescribe medications for acute pain
Conduct follow-up exams
Administer trigger point injections for muscle spasms
Educate patients on medical weight loss and hormone replacement
Services we offer consist of:
Chiropractic
Physical Therapy
Pain Management
medical weight loss
esthetics
hormone replacement therapy.
Incentives:
4 days work week
Paid holidays
2 week paid vacation
Health insurance benefits
Starting salary $1,700,00 per week $88,400.00/year) or percent of collections which ever is higher
