NP/PA - Hospital Medicine 

Capital Region Medical Center is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team in Jefferson City, MO! Our ideal candidate will have excellent diagnostic skills with a strong focus on clinical excellence and patient satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be a quick thinker, with the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment. 

• Great collaboration and team environment with other Providers (Physicians & Nurse Practitioners) 
• Support staff cross-trained from Emergency Department 
• X-ray on site

Nurse Practitioner Specialty Care (6435) - Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing degree.
• Missouri Board of Nursing RN or Nurse Licensure Compact multi-state RN. When primary state of residency changes, compact state RNs must apply under new state of residency within thirty (30) days.  
• Must be granted a “Document of Recognition” from the Missouri Board of Nursing.  

Physician Assistant Specialty Care (6804) - Qualifications

• Physicians Assistant (PA) licensure by the Missouri State Board of Registration for the Healing Arts.

Capital Region Medical Center is a full service health care system that encompasses a full service acute care hospital, the area's most expansive clinic system, a state of the art Cancer Program at the Goldschmidt Cancer Center, a hospital based fitness facility, home health agency and the only hospital-based inpatient rehabilitation center in the community. Vaccination Statement

After careful consideration of COVID-19 virus trends and the overwhelming evidence of COVID-19 vaccine safety and effectiveness, the School of Medicine, along with MU Health Care, the Sinclair School of Nursing and the School of Health Professions, recently announced the decision to require COVID-19 vaccinations by Oct. 1, 2021, for all employees, unless granted a medical or religious exemption.

All new hires will be required to submit proof of vaccination prior to your start date. If you would like to request a medical or religious exemption, you must do so upon acceptance of employment so our team has time to review prior to your scheduled start date.
