QuadMed is looking for a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our Hartford, WI Health & Wellness Center team serving Quad employees and their families
Schedule: 40 hours, 8:00am-5:00pm Monday and Wednesday/7:00am - 4:00pm Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Job Requirements:
+ The successful candidate will have completed a Master’s Degree level Nurse Practitioner OR Physician Assistant program from an accredited college/university.
+ Active and unrestricted applicable licensure and current National Board Certification
+ Current CPR (BLS) certification or must be obtained within 60 days of hire
+ 3+ years of experience in primary care strongly preferred
+ NPI & DEA
+ Background in working with pediatric patients
+ Bilingual Spanish highly preferred
Position Highlights:

+ Outpatient only with a preventative medicine focus
+ Work-life balance/realistic patient panel size
+ Average 40 minute patient appointment times
+ About 8-12 patients a day
