About the Job

We are seeking an Advanced Practice Provider (APP) for the Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit. Candidates must be certified Adult Acute Care Nurse Practitioners with a Master's degree in Nursing. This full-time position involves 12-hour PM shifts (7pm-7am), rotating weekends/holidays, and occasional call. Key responsibilities include:

Formulating and implementing comprehensive patient care plans.

Documenting patient assessments and care provided.

Ordering and interpreting diagnostic tests.

Participating in performance improvement activities.

Providing education and training to staff and patients.

Additional requirements include BLS certification and potentially ACLS/PALS. A $20,000 annual PM shift stipend and a $2,000 CME allowance are offered.
