Summary:
* The Oncology Clinical Coordinator ensures high-quality care for oncology patients by leading and coordinating efforts across the healthcare team.
* This role involves applying clinical expertise, implementing evidence-based practices, and educating staff and patients to achieve exceptional outcomes in cancer care.
Key Responsibilities
* Serve as a clinical expert and role model in oncology nursing.
* Identify and address clinical challenges with evidence-based solutions.
* Deliver staff education, including chemotherapy/immunotherapy competencies.
* Develop patient and community education programs tailored to individual needs.
* Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve patient outcomes.
* Facilitate research and implement findings into clinical practice.
* Maintain certifications and pursue ongoing professional development.
Qualifications
* Current Advance Nurse Practitioner License
* Certification in oncology or related specialty.
* 3-5 years of oncology nursing experience; leadership or teaching experience preferred.

Salary Oncology APN range: $122,851 - $145,000
