We are looking for Urgent Care Nurse Practitioners to join our team on a Full-Time, Part-Time, or Per Diem basis. Candidates must have experience in urgent care or emergency medicine. In this role, you’ll work a mix of 12- and 8-hour shifts, managing a patient load of 25 to 30 per day. You will be supported by a dedicated team of Licensed Practical Nurses, Medical Assistants, and Medical Receptionists. Key responsibilities include delivering high-quality care in an urgent care environment, diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, using the Meditech EMR system, and collaborating effectively with the support staff.

Compensation:
- Full & Part time: $80.00 per hour (Benefit eligible above 32 hours)
- Per Diem minimum of 4 shifts a month: $90.00 per hour
- $5,000 Sign-on bonus for full time, pro-rated for part time
Requirements:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree from an accredited Nurse Practitioner program
- Board certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner
- Current and unrestricted Nurse Practitioner license in Massachusetts
- Must have Emergency Medicine or Urgent Care experience
- Proficiency in diagnosing and treating a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, strong clinical and
- Familiarity with EMR systems, preferably Meditech
- Flexibility to work a combination of 12 and 8-hour shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed
- BLS/ACLS certification and a commitment to providing high-quality, patient-centered care.
