Nurse Practitioner (NP) - Family Practice - $125,000 to $140,000 per year in Norwalk, CT at CompHealth

This Federally Qualified Health Center in SW Connecticut is looking to hire a Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant immediately. They are looking for 2 years of primary care experience and a provider that treats patients across the lifespan. Must be board certified and have or be eligible for the State of Connecticut advanced practice license. CompHealth can assist with licensure.
