A Community Health Center 20 miles from New Haven is immediately looking to hire an additional Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant. They are looking for 2 years of primary care experience and will consider family or adult/internal medicine providers. Must be board certified and have or be eligible for state licensure. CompHealth can assist with your CT license. This is weekdays with Saturday coverage.
