About the Job
As a valued member of our healthcare team, you'll provide compassionate psychological services to children and adolescents in an outpatient setting. Your role is pivotal in assessing and addressing the physical and psychosocial well-being of our patients, collaborating closely with physicians, nurse practitioners, and behavioral health providers to ensure comprehensive care.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct psychological assessments and examinations, with a focus on understanding each patient's unique needs and challenges.
Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team to develop holistic treatment plans, including psychological testing and evaluations when necessary.
Prescribe appropriate medications and treatment regimens, adhering to department protocols and safety standards.
Participate in health promotion, education, and prevention programs, empowering patients and their families with knowledge and resources.
Provide mentorship and education to nurse practitioner students, medical students, and residents, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
Qualifications:
Current Massachusetts licensure as a Registered Nurse.
Certification in Massachusetts for expanded practice as a Psychiatric/Psychological Practitioner.
CPR/AED certification or equivalent.
Demonstrated expertise through 3-5 years of progressive nursing experience, with a focus on pediatric and adolescent care preferred.

Salary: $ 135,000.00 155,000.00 Per Year
