Nurse Practitioner at Ageless MN

Salary: $65 - $75 per hour
Hours: Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday; 9am - 5pm
The Aesthetic Nurse Practitioner is responsible for performing wellness examinations on site and through telehealth appointments to help diagnose and educate patients about treatment options available based on medical history, diagnostic tests, and patient's healthcare goals.
We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner with hormone replacement therapy experience in functional medicine and/or OB/GYN.
Additionally knowledge of anti-aging therapy, and preventative health care programs a major plus but not required
Job Duties:

• Perform thorough examinations and document observations in patient EMR
  
• Review patient medical histories, previous and/or current therapies and medications
  
• Order, interpret, and communicate diagnostic test results to patients
  
• Provide treatment plan options; cost, education materials, and follow-up testing recommendations
  
• Prescribe medications when needed to ensure patient health and well-being
  
• Follow up with patients on presenting health problems and treatment plans when appropriate
  
• Actively maintain knowledge of current medical research and trends
  
  Job Requirements:
  
  
  
  • Current NP license in the state of MN
    
  • Nationally Certified as a Nurse Practitioner
    
  • Must hold current license/registration to practice and current state DEA license
    
  • Experience with hormone replacement therapy required
    
  • A strong understanding of overall wellness and developing functional therapy plans
    
  • A strong commitment to providing patient care
    
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    
  • Must have the ability to exercise sound judgment and discretion
    
  • Ability to maintain highly confidential information
    
    Preferred Qualifications
    
    
    
    • Experience with Peptide Therapy
      
    • Aesthetic experience - understanding of facial anatomy and aesthetics
      
    • 2 years experience preferred
