We are looking for a Nurse Practitioner to join our team and provide primary care services to our patients in their homes The ideal candidate will have experience in multiple areas of medicine, including urgent Care, Home Health, Primary Care.
Responsibilities:
Provide primary care to patients of all ages.
Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses.
Prescribe medications and treatments as needed.
Order and interpret diagnostic tests.
Provide education to patients about health maintenance, disease prevention, and treatment options.
Will provide a driver.
Refer patients to specialists as needed.
Provide urgent care and Primary Care services for minor illnesses and injuries.
Provide Care to Patients in their Homes

Pay: $135,101.00 - $175,928.00 per year
