Key Responsibilities:
-Conduct thorough physical assessments.
-Perform and interpret diagnostic tests.

-Ensure meticulous documentation of patient information, visit history, refer-outs, lab follow-up, phone calls, and consults.

Qualifications:
-Licensed as a Nurse Practitioner in the state of Ohio.
-Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) degree from an accredited school or university.
-Ability to excel in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
