Job Details
We are pleased to announce an exciting opportunity for a full-time Nurse Practitioner to join our growing and successful team in Springfield, IL. As a medically-based company, the Nurse Practitioner will play a pivotal role in helping clients achieve their aesthetic goals while ensuring exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct laser hair removal treatments adhering to our established treatment protocols and procedures.
- Educate patients on the laser hair removal process and provide guidance on pre/post-treatment care.
- Independently work with clients to fulfill their medical or aesthetic hair removal objectives.
- Collaborate with the clinic team to meet company objectives.
- Create a welcoming and comfortable environment by delivering top-tier patient care.
- Accurately document medical information in patient's EMR using a tablet device.
- Maintain a professional and clean work environment, including preparing the treatment room between patients.
- Clean and conduct minor maintenance on the laser equipment for optimal functionality.
- Work with the Nurse Manager and Medical Director on patient treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements:
- Active, unencumbered NP license.
- Active ANCC or AANP national certification in family medicine specialty.
- Willingness to travel out of state for training if required.
- Dedication to providing excellent patient care.
- Availability to work 38-40 hours per week, including rotating Saturdays and evenings.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to handle highly confidential information.
- Capability to stand for up to 9 hours a day and lift up to 50 pounds.
- Skill in assessing client's skin and operating the laser with visual precision.
- Proficiency in using lasers and computer/office equipment.
